This program has been designed to give 1st-4th graders a taste of what lacrosse is like. Skills that will be learned include cradling, catching, passing, shooting, and stick tricks. The first hour will be skill building and the last half hour will be 7v7 play (pending on numbers).
This will be a learn to play league held on Sundays from 4:00-5:30pm at Shrewsbury Elementary. Each participant will recieve a ball, mouthguard and t-shirt. We also have a stick package available.
Coach Jim Kopenhaver and Coach Kristin Kowalczyk will be running this league. Sunday play days will start in April and run through the end of May. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Coach K at kristin.kowalczyk@sycsd.org or call at 717-654-1652.
