Golden Girls Lacrosse was founded in 2005 by Kristin Kowalczyk. It is designed to offer girls interested in lacrosse an opportunity to play with other girls in York County and its surrounding area during the off-season. Golden Girls Lacrosse is a positive outlet to inspire girls to reach for the stars. This program encourages its young athletes to continue leading a healthy lifestyle throughout their lives. It also provides an excellent source for extracurricular activities. Golden Girls Lacrosse raises leaders to motivate themselves and others for the good of the community.
The Golden Idea was a graduate project of Coach K's, which was enhanced by Pinal Desai. It is a website designed to help the athletes, and their familes stay up to date with Women's Lacrosse. It is a guide with Varsity rankings, as well as schedules.
Finally, The Golden Idea has all of Coach K's favorite websites including Gold Arrow Camp where she has worked 8 summers for, as well as The National Outdoor Leadership School.
York Girls Lax contains information on York Girls Lacrosse in Pennsylvania and is manged by Kristin Kowalczyk (former graduate of East Stroudsburg University), Penn Laural Girl Scouts, The Presidential Service Award, NOLS, Gold Arrow Camp, and Longstreth.
